Books for Cat Food -Spring 2015

imageThank you to all the friends and members who donated gently used books to the “Book Table” at the Kitties ‘n Blooms Show on April 18/19 2015.  Recycling cans and bottles at the show was also appreciated.  A big thank you to everyone who purchased a preowned book.  We hope you enjoyed them.

The funds from both endeavours were taken to the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank so they could purchase cat food for their client’s kitties.

The $155.00 raised will provide $775.00 of food for Calgary kitties to help them stay home and away from rescue centres. (The Food Bank is able to acquire cat food at a factor of 5 for each dollar donated)

Thank you everyone!
